The apricot tree is loaded this year and I just had to pick a few, eventhough they aren't quite ripe yet. The birds will surely let me know when they are ripe because they will eat them all! If I pick them just a bit early, I may get a few this year. Last year I waited too long and when I went out to check, every single apricot had at least half of it eaten away. These will sit on the counter a couple of days and will be oh, so yummy! I can't wait :)
