Happy quilts

These quilts are happy little things and will really brighten a couple of little kids' day I hope.
While I am not getting as much time to quilt due to 20% extra work load this year, I am trying to quilt as often as I can.  We are still working on quilts for the people of the town of Weed.  Many of the people who lost everything in the fires there are trying to rebuild their homes.  We were told they are no longer accepting items for them, but my friend asked if they would still like handmade quilts and the church there was so excited for the quilts for the families.  We will keep working on them as long as we can.  I'm hoping to be finished with this project by the end of the year.

You don't have to save the world. Take care of your health and your sanity. When you can't "do it all" maybe others will be encouraged to jump in the fight.
