Marching band camp

Picking up my son from Drum Major camp was quite the experience. I got there early so I could watch them doing their last evaluations. My son was last in his group so I got to watch all of the other kids go first. They had to beat time, salute, make calls, blow their whistles...you can tell I know all of the technical terms :) He got a lot of ribbons for marching, conducting and winning the trivia contest. He came home tired, but very happy and is looking forward to going back next year.
