I found an organization that is already established in the Philippines and have made contact with their organizers here in the US. They are having a relief drive today in the California Bay Area, collecting food items and I've contacted them to ask about donating quilts in the near future. I will let you know as soon as I have an address. Since they are already established and work with the Philippine children, they look like a very good organization to send quilts to.
