Viking Megaquiter 18x8 troubles, not recoginzing handlebar controllers

Want to see what's going on with my quilting machine now?  Here's a video I made of the issues it's having.  It isn't recognizing the front controllers now.  When things work well, quilting is a great source of joy.  When they don't, I wonder why I picked this hobby.  Hopefully someone will watch this and figure out what the issue is and I can get back in business.  I have too many quilts to get finished.
