Too cute for words!

The blocks look harder than they are and once you get the hang of it, they are quick to sew.  The first two blocks took 45 minutes to put together and the last 4 took about 10 minutes each.  I already had the pinwheel blocks made, but they needed a 1.5 inch border around each one.  The kid blocks finished at 15 inches.  I'm loving this quilt!  I know my councelor friend will love it too.  I can't wait to get it quilted up and gift it.  That's my favorite part of quilting...giving the quilt away.

What's your favorite part about quilting?  Picking the pattern, picking the fabrics, designing the quilt (I'm loving that too!) binding the quilt--you are almost done!

Very cute quilt.

My favorite part?

I like piecing the blocks and quilting best. The other parts are more chore like, I think.
