These quilts are from the Citrus Belt Quilt guild in Redlands, Ca. My daughter was thinking about going to college in Redlands and we visited just when the Orange trees were in bloom. Talk about an intoxicating aroma at night! Wow. And, there is a wonderful yarn shop close to the college. I almost had her convinced to go to Redlands, but then she picked Oberlin which is almost 3,000 miles from home. They have a wonderful yarn shop and a quilt shop, so she picked well too. Of course, no orange trees and they have snow from October to May. Now, for grad school she wants to go anywhere they don't have snow :) Funny girl!
