Rebecca is really sick, please help me
Rebecca my robotic machine is really having troubles and I've tried everything I can think of to get her fixed and I'm running out of ideas. I've made this second video to show you what I've tried and maybe you will see it and say, oh, here's the issue! At least my machine has gotten a really good cleaning out of the whole deal. If nothing else, it reminds me that my other machines need some attention as well. But if you have any ideas what I should try next, please let me know. Thanks :)

Marilyn,
We talked on the phone and I just wanted to answer here as to the problem. Your "XKD" value in the setup screen was off. By "resetting factory defaults" it brings this value back into its proper range. I think you saw, doing this on your system the robotics were then running as they should.

First of all, I don't have a computerized system, so all that is beyond my knowledge. However, if vibration is the problem, try putting a beanbag or some other kind of weighted bag on the top of your machine - it will lessen the vibrations. Hope you get Rebecca feeling well soon, I know how frustrating it is when you have a problem with your machine! Is there tech support for your computer system that could help you over the phone? Or even make a house call?
